Marist Business Review selected Natasha Cacho Flores to model our first cover because of her inspiring journey both in the fashion industry and as an undergraduate business student at Marist College.
Natasha Cacho Flores, was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English. She is pursuing a major in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Fashion Merchandising. Natasha began her modeling career when she was 11 years old and obtained various opportunities with local and international designers and brands. She posed for numerous magazines and participated in Puerto Rico's Top Couture Model, where she was placed as a finalist. She was featured for three consecutive years at the Puerto Rico Fashion Week as a model.
At Marist College Natasha is part of the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority - Chapter Delta Epsilon, The Society of Human Resources (SHRM), and Fashion Inc. She currently holds a position as the secretary of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) and a presidential position for Sorority Council Greek Life Affairs. Over time, she has developed the motivation to be involved with the Marist College campus community.
In the Fall of 2017 Natasha had the opportunity to participate in an International Business Case Competition at San Diego State University, where her team from Marist College earned second place. Natasha’s goal is to continue excelling in her academics and focus more on opportunities that provide her with the adequate amount of experience for her future career. After graduation from Marist College, Natasha hopes to have a career with a fashion company as a professional in the HR field. She also wants to become a leader of a nonprofit organization and hopefully, inspire those around her to reach their goals.
